The sound of the blade,
Gliding through the ice.
The sound of the puck,
Hitting the wooden stick.
The chanting of the crowd,
After the winning goal.
The bells and whistles,
Of the finishing buzzers.
The cheering of your team.
(We won, We did it!)
That is the sound of winning,
The sound of victory.
After a well fought battle,
In hockey.
