let us be then,
some twisted fate,
some midsummer nights dream,
convulsed,
in the lights,
some fractured fairytale,
upon my path i find pieces of you,
fragments of fast dropped words,
still wet,
i place them in my pocket,
they cut n burn with every step,
chasing you still,
thru woods,
the playgrounds in the dark of night,
still hearing childhoods laughter,
forced upon your ears still burning,
it seems silly then,
all together hopeless to chase
you whom i will never meet,
except in dreams,
or here in the pages,
stacked up glimmering half truths,
of our souls all to real sorrows........
