Here comes the ice cream truck,
I hear the ditty on the breeze.
A hundred kids running amok,
Give me a quarter please.
Popsicle, popsicle, I need a popsicle,
Something creamy for my tonsicles.
Ice cream sandwiches, Klondike bars,
See the street fill up with imps.
Running heedless of the many cars,
Screaming like a bunch of chimps.
Popsicle, popsicle, I need a popsicle,
Something to tickle my tonsicles.
Ice cream cones, and rainbow pushups,
A heavenly situation.
Blue and green with orange tops,
So many sherbet combinations.
Mr. popsicle man, Mr. popsicle man,
Give me a popsicle quick as you can.
