FRENCH PAPERS - Tues. 18.11.14: Yesterday, the Paris prosecutor confirmed that there was at least one Frenchman in the latest Islamic State group video that shows the severed head of US aid worker Peter Kassig and the beheadings of 16 captured Syrian military servicemen.
