The Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI), in collaboration with the Inter American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), is celebrating 40 years of service to Caribbean farmers. Farmers in Saint Lucia say the milestone celebration is an opportunity to reflect on their daily hardships and what can be done to assist them and boost the agriculture sector.
