The World Health Organisation said it was given access to three areas: Aleppo, the Damascus district of Mouaddamiya and Eastern Ghouta, outside the capital. Both the armed opposition and the Syrian army have prevented medical supplies from crossing front lines. The UN says 4.7 million Syrians live in areas that are hard to reach. So, will the deliveries alleviate their hardships?
