A Paris court has ruled it has jurisdiction in a case pitching Facebook against a French social media user. The Frenchman's account was suspended in 2012 after he posted a photo of the Gustave Courbet painting, "L'Origine du Monde", which features a vagina. Facebook considers that only California-based courts have jurisdiction over the tech giant.
