Beril S. was walking her West Highland Terrier, named Boy, through her local city center where a liberation day rock concert was taking place. When they came closer to the music, Boy, who is 17-years-old and deaf, started pulling his owner closer towards the band. What happened next was an absolutely incredible moment!
