アメリカ・ハリウッドの大通りで２３歳の女性が男に刺殺される事件が発生した。女性は同僚と通りを歩いていた時に、スラングと笑顔が描かれた看板を面白いと思い撮影。ところが看板をもっていた３人はお金を要求した。女性が拒否したところ、３人のうち１人が腹を刺した。女性は搬送先の病院で死亡が確認された。女性は大学に入学し工学部で学ぶ予定だったという。
