The municipality of Isabela in Negros Occidental held its 2015 Earthquake Drill last last July 22, Wednesday, at the municipal hall grounds and in various schools within the municipality. There was enthusiastic participation from the students, teachers and municipal officers and employees. Vamos Isabela!
