Mexico: High-risk journalism in Veracruz

2015-08-05 0 Dailymotion

This week, we head to Mexico where photojournalist Ruben Espinosa was murdered. He worked in the state of Veracruz, one of the most dangerous places in the world for reporters. He is the 14th journalist based there to have been killed in the past five years. Our correspondents met with him two months ago and filmed his working conditions.

Also, we ask if Barack Obama's new big climate change plan is his latest attempt to leave a legacy.
Finally, five years on from the rescue of the Chilean miners, “The 33” depicts what happened. The film premiered this week in Santiago, where many of the miners were in attendance.
