Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos said he was personally willing to meet with the top leader of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, Rodrigo Londoño, known by his alias Timochenko, in order to speed up or conclude the peace process. The Colombian government has 117 warrants out for Timochenko's arrest for kidnapping, murder, rebellion, and terrorism while the U.S. has offered US$5 million for the rebel leader's capture. teleSUR
