Parts of Shanghai, China were hit by severe flooding on Monday after heavy rainfall was brought to the area by Typhoon Goni.
Video footage showed roads under feet of water with drivers and pedestrians struggling to get around parts of the city.
Several roads were closed and the underground system was affected, according to local media.
