Tesla Boosts Common Stock Offering to 2.695M Shares

Aug. 14 -- Tesla Motors announced an increase in the size of its stock offering to just shy of 2.7 million shares, from the original level of 2.1 million. Bloomberg's Tom Keene reports on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
