This Day in NFL History: Panthers win expansion team record 4th straight game

This day in NFL history, November 5th, 1995, the Carolina Panthers won an expansion record 4th game in a row defeating the San Francisco 49ers. It was the first time in NFL history an expansion team defeated a defending world champion.
