Duke bere një paralelizëm mes Shqipërisë dhe gjithë republikave ish-jugosllave, drejtuesit e aleancës e kane cilësuar te pafalshëm faktin qe vendi ynë ka mbetur ne fund pa qene pjese e ndonjë genoncidi apo përplasje etnike. Sipas aleancës Kuq e Zi sjellja e qeverise shqiptare është tipike e një vendi lindor dhe kryeministri Berisha duhet t`u kërkoje falje shqiptareve qe i la ne fund te rrugës drejt BE-se.
