Liqeni i Fierzës arrin kuotën maksimale, 296 metra mbi nivelin e detit, duke vërshuar edhe me shume mbi tokat dhe shtëpitë e fshatit Breglumë, ne Kukës. Tashme dy lagjet e fshatit janë izoluar plotësisht dhe e kane te pamundur te komunikojnë me qytetin, përveçse duke përdorur varka. Pas alarmit, si te banoreve ashtu edhe komunës, qe s'ka mundësi te zgjidhe problemin, kane udhëtuar drejt zonës përfaqësues te Avokatit te Popullit. Edhe pse gjendja përsëritet thuajse çdo pranvere, nuk është kryer asnjë investim për ta shmangur përmbytjen e tokave dhe izolimin e qindra banoreve te breglumit. Sipas komunës problemi mund te zgjidhet vetëm me ndërtimin e një argjinature përbri fshatit.
