15 vjet burg dhe 2.4 milion leke gjobe ka kërkuar prokuroria e Lezhës për 8 ish-komisioneret e Dragushes, për abuzim me detyrën dhe ndryshim te rezultatit te zgjedhjeve lokale te 8 majit ne komunën e Dajcit. Pas shtyrjes se disa seancave për shkak te mungesës se te pandehurve, organi i akuzës ka paraqitur konkluzionet përfundimtare, duke kërkuar burgosjen e ish-komisionereve qe janë gjykuar ne gjendje te lire. Ndërkohë për ish-kryetarin dhe nënkryetarin e qendrës se votimit, është kërkuar gjithashtu përjashtimi për 3 vjet nga funksionet publike. Avokatet mbrojtës te 8 ish-komisionereve qe u përkasin partive te djathta e te majta, kane kërkuar kohe për paraqitjen e fjalës se tyre. Seanca e radhës është caktuar me 22 qershor. Procesi për abuzimin me rezultatin ne komunën e Dajcit nisi pas denoncimit te ish kandidatit socialist Rrok Rroku. Ky i fundit madje pretendon se disponon dokumente qe provojnë manipulimin e zgjedhjeve edhe ne dy qendra te tjera votimi te komunës.
