Ndërsa sipas ministrit te Drejtësisë, Eduart Halimi, tashme çdo proces do te jete ne monitorim te publikut dhe qytetareve. Çdo qytetar i cili do te paraqitet për te marre shërbim ne këto zyra do te paraqitet një dite te vetme do te plotësoje një aplikim dhe do te pajiset me username dhe pasword. Pas këtij momenti, qytetari do te futet ne portal dhe do te shohe si ecën aplikimi i tij, ne çfarë faze ndodhet dhe kush e pengon apo çfarë problemi ka dale.
