Deputeti Eduard Shalsi ka bere publike dokumente qe faktojnë se tabelat promocionale, fishekzjarrët dhe koncerti ne qendër te Tiranes, kane kushtuar 920 mije dollarë, para qe qeveria i ka shpenzuar ne një kohe kur nuk ka mundësi te dëmshpërbleje qytetaret e Shkodres, qe u përballen me përmbytjet. Sipas PS këto shpenzime faktojnë papërgjegjshmërinë e qeverise ne menaxhimin e parave te qytetareve shqiptare.
