Shoqata e qiramarrësve i drejtohet Strasburgut pas vendimit te Gjykatës Kushtetuese qe rrezoi kërkesën e tyre për te mos dale nga shtëpitë e ish pronareve. Madje ata kërkojnë qe çështja te gjykohet me procedure te përshpejtuar meqenëse kane afat deri ne 15 nëntor për te liruar shtëpitë. Duke qenë se vendimi i gjykatës kushtetuese hyri në fuqi që sot, ish-pronarët duhet që të kërkojnë dhënien e një titulli ekzekutiv nga enti kombëtar i banesave, i cili më pas bën këtë kërkesë pranë gjykatave të rrethit, dhe në momentin, që refuzohet lirimi i shtëpisë, atëherë ndërhyn përmbarimi. Banorët të cilët jetojnë në shtëpitë e ish pronarëve e konsiderojnë si të njëanshëm aktin normativ të qeverisë, pasi ai nuk ofron zgjidhje të plotë për 3200 familje të cilat rrezikojnë të mbeten pa shtëpi, kur nga ana tjetër marrja e kredive me interes 0, ofron zgjidhje vetëm për një grupmoshë të caktuar e cila është në punë, ndërkohë që banka kërkon edhe një kolateral me vlerë më të madhe se shtëpia që do të blihet nga kjo kategori.
