Qeveria ka vendosur te japë me koncesion shërbimin e kontrollit doganor përmes skanimit te konteniereve, duke paguar 39 euro për çdo mjet. Opozita ishte kundër kësaj nisme, duke propozuar qe ky shërbim ti mbetet shtetit shqiptar. Sipas marrëveshjes se kaluar ne parlament, skanerët do te instalohen ne 5 pika doganore. Ministri i Financave tha se koncesionet janë e vetmja mënyre për te minimizuar evazionin. Zoti Bode tha se nuk e kuptonte qëndrimin e PS ne Kuvend, teksa vete lideri i opozitës Rama premtoi gjate fushatës se do ta jepte gjithë shërbimin e doganave me koncesion. Opozita e kundërshton gjithashtu ndryshimin ne ligjin për tatimin e te ardhurave, qe takson me 10 % kur toka dhurohet.
The government has decided to grant concession of customs control service through scanning of containers, paying 39 euros for each tool. The opposition was against this initiative, proposed that this service remains to state. Under the agreement passed in parliament, scanners will be installed at five border crossings. The Finance Minister said that concessions are the only way to minimize tax. Bode said he did not understand the attitude of the SP in the Assembly, while the opposition leader Rama himself promised during the campaign that he would give up the customs service concession. The opposition also opposes the change in the law on income tax, which taxes the 10% of the land granted.
