CELAC: Venezuela's Hector Rodriguez Says OAS Domination Ministry of US

During the CELAC meeting in Quito, Venezuelan politician Hector Rodriguez agreed with Ecuadorean President Rafael Correa that Latin American unity is needed to face the U.S. According to him, the OAS has become the U.S.'s Ministry of Domination.
