Roy (Leroy Nguyen) and Eddie (Edmond Shum) are two young hoodlums looking to make a name for themselves on the streets they call their home. When Roy commits an unspeakable act of violence, one that affects the girl that both he and Eddie love, their friendship is irreconcilably broken.
