In this episode the tiny race car Putt-Putt finally collects everything necessary and enters the race. In the previous episode he was helping his friends and collecting empty bottles for recycling, to get some coins for a car wash. Putt-Putt doesnt win the game in this episode, but the important thing is to participate.\r
