Instant Adventures are a great way to level a character quickly. You can do instant adventures at any time and from any where. However, you can also pick up a daily quest that will give you extra goodies for doing 7 "adventers" in a day. You can also roll a random Instant Adventure once a day to get bonus xp on your first 14 adventurs of the day.
