This game is awesome!
Build! Destroy! Try to build and destroy on accident! Try to destroy and make things that do nothing but are still fun! This is the sort of game that can take you hours to play and make you forget to actually progress through the levels.
Besiege is in Alpha (sorry forgot to mention it in the video), but it is already worth more than the 7 dollars (US) it costs on Steam. I really recommend getting it if it looks interesting to you at all. In addition to the short selection of levels already available there are placeholders for many more and a sandbox level where you can do whatever you want. The regular levels allow you to switch to sandbox mode as well to remove size restrictions.
You can make vehicles, trebuchets, catapults, flying machines, tanks or combine these ideas and more into something unique.
A little side note about the quality, it actually looks a bit better than this but I dropped some quality settings so I didn't get any slow down while recording. it actually works pretty well on my slightly too old computer with all the settings up when I'm not recording.
