Panaji(Goa), Mar 29 (ANI): The Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Tuesday asserted that the private sector cannot deliver expertise in the field of ordinance manufacturing. The minister was addressing a gathering in Goa’s capital Panaji after the second day of Defence Expo 2016.
