High-ranking Palestinian official killed in Lebanon blast

A bomb blast in Lebanon has killed a high-ranking Palestinian official.
It's thought the murder of Fathi Zeidan, who belonged to the Fatah party, is linked to tensions between rival Palestinian factions.
