Uday Kiran was taken into custody on March 23rd this year after he assaulted staff of Daspalla hotel and danced nude at “Over The Moon” pub after a scuffle with the hotel staff. He is also accused of cheating and harassing several women with the pretext of landing them film offers.
The other day when he attended the court, he was giving miscellaneous answers to all the questions, and the Judge found that his mental condition is not stable. After doctors at Erragadda mental hospital examine him, the police report will be submitted to the court and further action will be taken later.
