Neo-Hitler and his partner in crime Neo-Mussolini rob a bank. To design these characters I edited the in game models of Rocky and Mugsy from Bugs Bunny: Lost in Time in Paint using various sources. Neo-Hitler has my face and Neo-Mussolini's face is a mix betweern a cartoon of Mussolini and Garithos' face from Warcraft III.
