TANDOORI FRANKIE (KATHI ROLLS)
INGREDIENTS
all-purpose flour 2 cups
salt 1 teaspoon
water less than 1 cup
boneless chicken 600 grams
yogurt 2 tablespoon
tandoori masala 4 tablespoon
lemon juice 2 tablespoon
chopped garlic 1 1/2 tablespoon
oil 2-3 tablespoon
egg 4
finely diced onion 1
green chilli and mint chutney
butter or margarine
flour for layering
