Like all governments they are cutting and expanding where needed. Since UAE has so much oil money they want their citizens to be as happy as possible. Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan will appoint a HAPPINESS MINISTER over the whole country.
