Mariah Carey, 46, and James Packer, 49, were in negotiations over an insane prenup that laid out some pretty weird specifics and ultimately totally blew up. Mariah’s people allegedly got the draft from James’ exec, Robert Rankin, and rejected it as “tacky and insulting,” according to TMZ.
