These days all you need to make a great music video is an iPhone 7, a mantra, and the right pair of white sweatpants.
Dušan Sekulović describes his alter-ego, Guru Dush, as “a comic experiment, a lovable narcissist” and in his first music video it’s easy to see why.
Sekulović, a successful filmmaker in his own right, told Storyful the idea for his character came to him as a way to poke fun at the world of self-obsessed social media stars. The video was even shot on an iPhone 7 to mimic the “Instagram look”.
