The makers of Haider have unveiled the trailer of the film and Shahid Kapoor, who is essaying the titular role in the movie, is a treat to watch in it. Set in Kashmir, the film is Vishal Bhardwaj's adaptation of William Shakespeare's Hamlet and the film's dingy backdrop and Shahid's phenomenal performance makes the trailer a must watch. While Tabu plays the role of his mother, Shraddha Kapoor has essayed the role of his love interest in the movie. Though the Kaminey star is seen sporting his long locks in a few scenes, it his buzz cut which entices us more. Shahid, who is known for his chocolate boy image, is a brooding, intense man with a mission in the movie. The third instalment of Bhardwaj's Shakespeare trilogy after Maqbool and Omkara, Haider is slated to release on October 2, this year.
