Houston Texans superstar defensive lineman JJ Watt received some sad news on Twitter when a fan tweeted him the story of a young boy who had to be cut out of his jersey following a car crash. Watt, being the generous friend to kids that he is, quickly sprung into action and visited the boy with a fresh new jersey in hand. JJ also stuck around for a photo op with the family.
