Cops Bother Me in Boulder City, Nevada because of a Dog Walker

I'm just trying to legally mind my own legal business in as legal a manner as legally possible, but that doesn't matter for shit! Trolls will still call the cops, which give them the permission they need to label me and treat me like a criminal.
