Stay underwater allows only for super drowning skills for a limited time breathing.
Super Drowning skills Tutorial:
Start with dive underwater to start breathing in 9 minutes then if breath is zero you lost HP Damage per second/ level and then if HP is Zero will drowned while player is dead. And choose resurrection (maybe for last saved point).
