ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif left for Kazakhstan on Thursday to attend the 17th meeting of the Heads of State Council (HoSC) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) at Astana in Kazakhstan, ARY News reported.
