Dr. Ron Shelton is a Board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic cosmetic surgeon. He served as Chief of the Dermatology Service at Langley Air Force Base Hospital; then studied cosmetic dermatologic and Mohs micrographic surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. In 1993 he created the Division of Dermatologic Surgery at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and served as its first Director.
In 1998 Dr. Shelton went into private practice, and co-founded The New York Aesthetic Consultants, LLP plastic surgery facility in Manhattan.
Dr. Shelton has authored several books, and is named in “Top Doctors: New York Metro Guide,” New York Magazine’s “Best Doctors in New York,” and New York’s “Best Doctors.”
