NEW DELHI: Pakistani High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit in an interview to Indian newspaper has said that Pakistan would not execute Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav until the International Court of Justice (ICJ) proceedings on the matter come to an end, even if it takes years.
