Last year an old rotator cuff injury in my left shoulder came back to haunt me. My shoulder hurt so much that I could not lift my arm without a lot of pain. I saw that Lance is the only Physical Therapist that is ART® full-body certified in the Rogue Valley. Active Release Techniques® (ART®) is a soft tissue treatment system designed to restore motion, reduce pain, and improve strength to help people return to participating in their daily activities. After ten visits with Lance my shoulder was back to normal and I have not had any problem since. I would highly recommend Lance.
