Is saying "I am pure of heart" sufficient?

VTR: What kind of fate awaits in the hereafter those who do not live in accordance with the Qur'anic moral values and fulfill their religious duties, but says "I am pure of heart?"

ADNAN OKTAR: All sincere subjects of God ultimately attain salvation. But if a person is sincere, he will see forthright the existence of God in all its clarity and glory all around him. And since God surely exists, so it is also certain that He creates with a purpose. If there is a table that is set, then it means there is someone who made, created that table. And the person who set that table did that with a purpose. If we eat at that table, then just knock it over and leave, this only proves that we are reckless and insincere. Is it not so? We should show gratitude and respect to the one who set the table. We should say "Thank you for the pleasant meal." So when Almighty God creates and grants us a blessing, we should likewise thank and praise Him, and show Him our gratitude. How can an ungrateful, unappreciative person talk about having a pure heart? For one thing, doing so pollutes the heart. So why would God ever grant such a person a place in His heaven? Why would He set a new table, if the person is ungrateful for the previous one?
