Jack is awesome. I called him on a Friday morning because, well, my TV stopped working. He came to my apartment that afternoon, diagnosed the issue quickly, He took my TV back to his shop, Excellent, reasonably priced service. TV Repairs 911 fixed my 46" Samsung Smart TV at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service very knowledgeable about TVs, I will recommend to family and friends thank you so much I'm glad I know whom to call
