LAHORE: Thick fog descended on plain areas of Punjab province on Friday morning, leading to closure of various sections of the Motorway owing to low visibility.
According to a spokesman for the Motorway police, Motorway M-2 Islamabad was closed for all kinds of traffic. Motorway M-2 from Kot Moman to Lahore and from Kot Moman to Faisalabad as well as Motorway M-4 from Gojra to Khanewal have been closed for all kinds of traffic owing to low visibility caused by dense fog.
