LAHORE: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Saturday deplored the dismal condition of public sector hospitals in the provincial capital and warned the Punjab government of halting development projects, if no initiative is taken to improve healthcare and educational facilities.
