US President Donald Trump has gained a lot of media attention for speaking out against "fake news."
Now, it's opting out of a global, standardized test which would assess whether school-age children can identify fake news.
US education authorities decided not to include a "global competence test."
The test was developed by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
