Clearly, though she had underwent intensive trainings prior. Which could have been under a supervision of what she thought was the best-of-the-best or atleast one-of-the-best that would gear her to be proficient and knowledgeable but it seemed that they came short and failed her. Despite this, I would say she handled the situation well. When faced with circumstances that we aren't prepared or we know nothing about, it is better to be true. Cause either way she will be criticized - for not knowing or for pretending to know. The choices we make reflects who we are, they say - that is partly true. Some may see her being naive and others admire her honesty. The point however is that she did not betray her self as well as others. Being in the industry even for a long time doesn't guarantee an individual to be an expert. Least she knows where she stands.
