Shmee150 presents the new BAC Mono, a single-seat, road-legal track car. A kerb weight of 540kg coupled with 280bhp gives it a huge power to weight ratio of 520bhp. It costs £66,625 + taxes and can reach 60mph in just 2.8s and 100mph in a mere 6.7s.
BAC are Briggs Automotive Company, brothers based in the UK who are putting the car for sale with SuperVettura who traditionally only deal with the top-end stuff. For 2011 they are planning to make 35 cars of which 10 have already been pre-sold.
